Gotcha, okay that definitely changes things a bit then. In that case, you might actually wanna look into a full belt. I've personally never tried one so couldn't give you any actual advice for looking but I've been curious myself. There's some full belts that I've seen that are low profile enough that they might work for that. A fufu might still work, but it leans much more towards transformation of the genitals from one gender to another vs nulling.
otherwise, I'd really consider a flat, metal cage with a support strap. Metal only because most of the flat cages are chinese specials and I know that the round metal rings are usually much more comfortable than their plastic counterparts in that market.
