The burden of proof that an alleged election was conducted fairly, honestly and legally can only properly rest with those responsible for conducting it.
For that reason, the First Amendment right to challenge the validity of an official election result lies at the very heart of the right to political speech, which lies at the heart of the First Amendment. That's binding Supreme Court precedent regarding the first Amendment.
That means that prosecuting anyone for challenging the validity of an election result is a clear, indisputable violation of U.S. Code, Title 18, sections 241 and 242—a very serious Federal felony.
