I actually got prescribed an ADHD & anxiety med!! I'm starting Strattera & if it doesn't work I'm going to suck it up & begin the long process (& immense cost, ugh) of being formally evaluated for AuDHD. Got a list of Neurodivergent Therapists to start with, so things are looking up. Finally. 🥹
