This was one of those nights that after preparing a pan-seared Moruno-spiced salmon with lentils, I forgot to take the food picture because I was so hungry.
But this #wine deserves notice as though perhaps a bit atypical of the area, it offers absolutely delicious, complex, ripe apple, peach & lemon curd notes overlapping a chalky, saline minerality. 😋😋😋
