"content": "[@_noelamac_](https://spore.social/@_noelamac_)\n\n\u003eI agree we should acknowledge we’re making some progress.\n\nI don't agree we are, not even close, we're LARPing at progress, were still building roads, expanding and building airports etc. \n\nIt's like saying we're making progress on plastic pollution by not using plastic straws, even though we are INCREASING plastic use and will double output by 2050 at the current rate. \n\nWe have increased fossil fuel use and production, they're reopening coal power plants in the US to feed data centers and their incredible power needs.
