For real though, raise your hand if your integenerational financial trauma is currently activating as a superpower. Because I can reduce / re-use / re-purpose / do without like a pro, and it is entirely due to hard times that generations of my family went through before me and the intergenerational transfer of that knowledge to me (even if a lot of it was passed down as unprocessed trauma).
