Just recently I've come across photos and videos of very extreme body modifications, and it's worrying really how far some people will go. It's now much more common to see the huge lips, breasts, bums and facial changes, but as well as that there are seemingly more and more people who transform themselves into animals, demons, celebrities... and there's the man who believes he's a Collie dog and lives that way...with all the modifications to his body that it entails.
