I went to some hate groups/collections I monitor (on Flickr and imgur) over the weekend and found shitheads using pics lifted from the fedi to troll trans people.
I haven't seen this used against trans people much before - it was previously very race-related.
Most worryingly, the images often have users' handles visible.
Be careful what you put on the net. Becoming a rightwing meme might be the least of your problems.
