This is a great strategy.
My favorite stoic mantra I like to repeat to myself is from Shakespeare's Hamlet.
"There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so."
I literally wander around repeating it under my breath when I'm in an anxiety provoking situation to ground myself.
It has the added bonus of being lyrical because of the iambic pentameter. 🥰
