Sorry but #Ai IS inevitable.
The difference between any other tech you can name is that AI is the dream of humanity since before any machines existed. It is inevitable, we want it, we need it, we yearn for it deep down. We will never just stop dreaming about it after thousands of years. Now, when we may be so close, we want it even more.
Im sure there is a little club that disagrees, but lets not kid ourself this is some kind of a hype.
