"content": "One of the largest HM in the world happened today in Göteborg. My new employer sponsors runners 👊 (signup fee, tent in the starting area with drinks, bbq, etc). Though I have my main ultra race next week I participated and took it as a training run (easy tempo pace without pushing it, definitely not race pace ). My start was at 1345 with over 30C in the sun (26C regular). 🥵😎. It was a fun event. More than 200000 spectators along the course. (Haven’t run it since 2004 (1:19 - 20 years later 20 minutes slower 🤣)). Legs felt quite fresh after it. Ran back home 🙈 (4km). Heat was noticeable on the HR. But it didn’t had an effect on my hydration needs. Took only small sips every 5K at the aid stations. 🤷♂️.
