If neurotypical folks are informed about neurodivergence, then the bias drops down to nothing.\n\nAwareness, training, and all that good stuff seems to help push the bad stuff back. It's just that we're in the extremely early days of these efforts. There's a neurodivergence civil rights movement, but it's extremely young right now. There's so much to be done. I want to help somehow, eventually.",
