So many people cannot stand uncertainty, and crave something to be certain about, something to believe in. For workplaces, uncertainty means lost profit, something to be excised. And yes; as others have pointed out, \"but I can find out\" is a good way of at least partially dealing with it. In the end, though, some things we will never know, and we have to live with it.",
