Truth also does not need us to defend it. We can spread it and talk to people about it, but we really do not need to defend it. It is already the truth.
Truth is one of the most difficult thing for people to accept and come to terms with.
I always believed that we all know the truth inside of us. The door to truth is always there inside of us, and always open. But when you poke your head through the door of truth to check it out, often times, what you find can be very unsettling and uncomfortable because it makes you question many things and even everything you spent your whole life believing in. Many will see the truth, and then turn back to what they are more comfortable with.
It can be exhausting to grapple with truth.
