Ignorant question as someone who hasn’t operated a nostr relay or looked at any relay implementation code. What kind of admin tools are available at the hands of relay operators today? If the government tells the relay operator that they need to delete specific content by court order or go to jail, do they need to manually modify database entries or are there easier options? I’m thinking things like CSAM. It got me thinking after seeing discussions about making it easy for people to run their own relays. (This question isn’t really about enabling censorship, but rather reducing risk and liability for the operator)
