I’m not #vegan, but I wanted to try a couple vegan sauces: aioli and a substitute for mayonnaise. Store bought aioli has eggs, so I wanted to make the original garlic and olive oil emulsion. The “vegannaise” is mostly cashews and macadamia nuts, with a few ingredients more.
