What issue are you seeing for AltStore? Is there an error message, or is it not showing up?
For Delta at least, you can long-press it in My Apps tab and then press “Remove” to remove it from your My Apps list, then you should be able to reinstall it to manually update it to 1.6.1 (you can keep Delta installed the entire time though)
