how do i know, that the pharmacist is not misbehaving ? And, what´s more, I do not think, that the prescription is what is most worthy to be protected. I think most countries use diagnosis codes, right, so that not everybody can easily decipher. In Germany we have right now a lively discussion on the electronic health records.
