🎮 beat Parasite Eve (1998)
By the end I was a lot more mixed on this than I wanted to be.
I'd heard nothing but praise for the story and unique gameplay, but found both a bit disappointing.
Some neat ideas here and there in the story, but it's so disconnected to what you're doing moment-to-moment that it leaves the whole thing just feeling like you're walking from point A to point B and then an exposition dump happens.
