Let me be the first to say that the US does a shit job of enforcing the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and that lots of things are not accessible.
However.
Every time I’m in a country that doesn’t have any equivalent to the ADA, it is super noticeable how some people just have to stay at home forever, all the time, because they can’t do anything because nothing is accessible. That is the case here. I don’t see how anyone could navigate anywhere in Mexico in a wheelchair, for example
