Symptomatic tonight. Pain in my upper back/neck. Tried stretching and heat. Nope. Can't get warm. Nerve pain sparking in my hip. It came & went so suddenly I jumped. Lol. Let's hope I sleep, restore & wake up feeling good. I may wake up feeling like hell. That's the joy of #POTS. I left a downstairs light on for myself in preparation for a possible uncomfortable night.
