The next step with the ENT is imaging.
I was only on Prednisone for a week and it was amazing. I must have a bunch of other inflammation that I just deal with because I suddenly felt 20 years younger. It's a shame it's not a long-term solution.
When I ran track and cross-country in high school we'd huff Primatene Mist before a match to open up the bronchial tubes. I think they've banned that now.
