Well, on a biochemical level both ADHS and Autism are most likely correlating with an imbalance of endocanabinoids and endocatecholamines, so the traditional pharmacological approaches to regulating the symptoms of this imballance are cannabinoids and amphetamines, either synthetical or in the form of plants containing them. Problem is that both classes of drugs do have some addiction risk and are also pupular as recreational drugs so they are widly unregulated and available.
