Lawless laws.
They dont see law to be having no moral content other than being the will of ruling class & nothing more (which is what in reality is). If people fight back, ruling class might temporarily give lil bit of concession which it can take away at any point thru another law or by "interpreting" law (point of black-gowned agents of ruling class) when the opportune time comes.
The starting position of legal sophists (shitlibs & the legal "left") is the foundation of the system is on solid footing, but all that needs to happen is existing system of domination needs to be more "humane", else, everything else is not that bad — more or less.
The loyalty they have to the system is far more than their commitment to Justice. They shame the same religious fervour as actual religious people, but the god they pray to is the Constitution (which is nothing but foundational law ruling class cons everyone to impose all other laws), written by, written for ruling class & imposed upon everyone else.
They have a fool proof argument to win their case. Its as solid as *god can do no wrong* & all fault lies with us mere mortals level of delusion, but applied to laws.
