A1C has been 5.4-5.3 range for better than a couple of yrs. Choles very good. Shorts I wore in 1987 Gr Canyon trip are now large. Very slight anemia, likely due to need for more iron/B Vit in diet connected to great reduction in meat consumption. Stress reduction from retirement/vigorous phys activity around yard is a big factor I think. You didn't ask, but I am quite proud after being obese
