Have you tried to see if there's an update?
Otherwise, go to Settings > Apps > Primal > Disable/Force Stop, then scroll down and click "Clear Cache" and see if that helps.
You could also try uninstalling and then reinstalling just the APK from someplace like Zapstore (nprofile…k40u) instead of from Google Play store.
