You can become a succesfull "influencer" just by exaggerating or making up problems AND NEVER DOING ANYTHING TO SOLVE THEM while offering solutions attracts a lot of "yes, but" guys (always guys, trust me) that try to distract from implementing the solution by going ad hominem or dismissing any solution proposed.
