When people (women mostly) say they want a village, what they really want is:
- More men to join into the childrearing/household side of labour.
- Society & employers to acknowledge the need for accommodations & flex time to allow for these things - the doctor's office is only open M-F 9-4 people!!!
- Bosses to stop thinking men who prioritize family aren't promotion material.
- Government to stop enacting barriers and maybe actually help for a change.
