I think it is a practice in the same way domain driven design is, in that the value comes with interacting with a human-(like) entity. AI aided development has a different tool set, different workflow, etc. I would grant that there isn't any codified set of practices, like TDD.
Anyhow, you're allowed to not like it, I'm not trying to change anyone's mind. (And I can't irritate you too much, I'll need to be in your good graces when I ask svcs questions!)
