Question for the #DataPrivacy /#DataSecurity conscious:
Would you allow a stranger to scan or take a photo of your drivers license with their phone in order to complete delivery of items that include alcohol?
Me? I said NFW and refused the order.
The delivery person insisted. Said it was required by Uber (I did not order through Uber, it was directly through the store. I don't even have an Uber account!)
NFW am I letting my license be scanned, especially by Uber.
Thoughts?
