We had a glorious outing at the one, the only Tucson Gem and Mineral show. It’s the world’s largest show of its kind, since 1954. We made it to about 7 venues of the 40 or so.
I have other photos to share. This one is special because she selected pink halite mined in Trona, CA and we talked a while with the owner how he gets this specimen. Makes a difference to meet the miner and hear the stories. This photo I add shows a typical vender in another warehouse location. Giant hugs of amethyst crystals always catches your eyes.
