The ebike (a new-last-year Aventon) was another situation. In the year since I had it out, the bike and the app have forgotten each other.
Per Rule 4 of The Turtle's Four Rules Of Debugging, absolutely nothing changed in the interim.
Bike was charged, but never powered on.
App was never used.
Phone OS is the same.
Something not under my control changed, and I want to find out what and why.
I"ve already told support "update the firmware" and "upgrade the app" will not be accepted.
