Definitely this. Both government schooling and the university system.
The enrollment cliff is here and the bloated university systems are going to need to fast/detox it they want to survive
Homeschooling, unschooling, worldschooling and private schools will continue to grow and eat into the govt schools. Will have larger ramifications with property taxes hopefully. The $10k stipend per student could really happen and be another nail in the coffin of the current system
