I listened in on the President’s Day TRO hearing against DOG-E, and DOG-E’s lawyer is lying
I just listened to one of the hearings to decide whether there should be an emergency TRO against DOG-E’s actions, brought against DOG-E by 13 Democratic States. This is what the DOG-E lawyer (Harry Graver) had to say about the mass termination of federal employees: 1) First he said he had no knowledge of employees being fired and, “would have to look into it.”2) Then he said that if you follow the paper trail, it’s Department Secretaries and Agency Heads signing the termination letters. 🥺👉🏻 DOG-E not involved whatsoever! 👈🏻🥺If you’re in a leadership position, you need to start pressuring your Agencies to demand that Secretaries show where these orders are coming from before carrying them out. These people are not working in official channels — and they are purposefully obscuring the paper trail. Get smart. Create your own damn trail instead.
