right now i'd not be particularly surprised if the tories come out supporting independence. they'll want to keep all of the oil, etc. of course, but leaving that aside... there's a lot of labour MP's in scotland. be permanently rid of those? given the caning they got in the last election, permanently eliminating those seats, even of they're SNP filled, will utterly change the dynamic of government of the UK*.

* yes, i know... but after #brexit they were all waffling on about the Empire... oh, sorry... the Commonwealth. no, that is the Empire isn't it. scotland leaving the UK won't make a difference to those knobs.
