About rde , why boot the iso, when one can just , use the channel?I mean if I add rde channel , I should be able to use rde functionalities?(Do correct me, if I am wrong [1])
for my use-case and gtd first thing,I found a non-ideal quick and dirty fix too #guix
which I post here, in hope that it can save time for someone else in a rush (although I don't advocate this)
[1]: to fully specify a system, you need 2
pieces of information:
The config.scm and the channels.scm.
These files have orthogonal roles (which is a feature,
not a bug): you can apply the same system configuration to different
Guix channel specifications. so instead if being added to systems it need be added to home.
