My first post here in quite a while!
Lety Does Stuff (npub1ggl…kevu) and I spent some time researching how to best write #accessibility text for comic fanworks and #fanart, which are not only traditionally visual-first spaces but also ones that rely on preexisting knowledge of media.
While we don't currently have the audience nor resources to write full descriptions for everything we'll publish, we hope the #alttext on our latest post provides enough context for a rudimentary understanding of our work, should it end up on the timelines of anyone who relies on screen readers.
