We’ll see if it worked but I called T-Mobile to opt out of the plan migration. I enjoyed the completely overkill level of customer service. Apologized profusely for cheering in the background (call center partying?), thanked me for my years of service, apologized more, made sure I was happy with her service, mentioned I would get texted a survey, thanked me again. May sound like I’m complaining but I listen to tons of customer service phone calls, they are not all good.
