There’s people there want to sell to Europe now we have big lng infrastructure. Some don’t want to as increases gas price in USA. It’s just a massive complex mess of power plays over energy and selling it to Europe’s energy poor markets. Money and control. Remember one thing. If you look back at the news from early 2000s, you’ll find lots of articles of Russians letting Ukraine off from paying billions of dollars. They bailed them out all the time and Ukraine held them over a barrel due to the pipeline routes. Hence nordstream. Games within games but all about using natural gas to replace coal for electricity generation
