There are hundreds of people on a thread on twitter from the UK saying there's virtually no bees, moths, butterflies and other insects around in many varied environments with lots of flowers etc. Yes our long cold wet Spring could be a factor, but if they're all dead then there won't be new young ones popping up when the weather warms up properly will there? I have a horrible horrible feeling we may have already reached a terrifying tipping point.
