incredibly minor pet peeve: People saying "ISO timestamp" when they actually mean the much more narrowly defined RFC3339 timestamps which the thing people actually use because:
- they have a single canonical, unambiguous form you can actually parse without additional context, unlike the ISO ones
- it's the spec you can actually afford to read
