Thank your for replying; I’m grateful. Listening and surrending in those moments can be so difficult. The guilt and shame that come with ignoring that guidance is painful. And in each of those moments of suffering I know is an opportunity to find love and acceptance within, as well. Appreciate your encouragement 🤍
