Political Parties can't take another over - they are not PLC's. Tories and Reform could form a voting pact or merge to become the Reforming Conservatives - that would be an oxymoron - somehow I just can't see that happening without the help of Russia or USA. Whatever happens I think we are seeing the end of the Tory Party.
