"content": "Clear, thanks. \nI was trying something similar just as an exercise but since there are not much public plans for an 80km ultra I got a bit stuck in for example what longest long run to aim for. \nLong time ago I heard a rule of thumb stating that 2/3 of the race distance should be the longest long run in your training plan. So that would make approx 30km in case of a marathon.",
