"content": "I have looked at some different training plans and how they are built up. Then I just DIY it big time.\n\nBut for example if you look at my training outside race weeks it looks remarkably like many others doing the same: a few workouts, long run(s) and easy runs sprinkled over it all. As I get closer (but not too close) I’ll incorporate back2back weekend days and more specificity (more trails and hilly/hike training). I try to ~match the “time on feet” I see across the plans 😅",
