That’s not the question. It’s how to generate a static LNURL within BW, which it can’t do.
But if you use @lntxbot on Telegram, it creates one for you and then you can import the wallet into BlueWallet and manage it there like any other Lightning wallet.
The LNURL in my profile works this way.
