My first photography workshop - for the mental health charity my daughter works for as an arts therapist - was yesterday and after some early nerves I really enjoyed it. It was with a mixed group, some keen photographers, others interested in art generally, and I got some great questions and comments.
We covered the more philosophical aspects of photography - the why rather than the how - and it has made me realise how passionate I am about this artform. I'd love to do more!
