One thing to keep in mind when you hear people talking...
What is true for someone 50 is not necessarily true for someone 20.
And someone 20 can teach something to someone 50. Maybe not facts or such, but other things. Someone aged 50 can look at someone aged 20 and see how they were at that age, and this teaches them something.
