GM. This was my morning. Sometimes a client goes fishing and now you have Ahi for the rest of the year. 127 lbs gutted and around 70lbs after breaking it down into primal sections. I will smoke the trim and bones to make bonito and grill the collar for lunch. Waste as little as possible! #foodstr
