Motor bracket being made. The bearing shop in Launceston has a pulley for a 3/4 inch shaft, so I'm going to get that today, and someone will be able to easily machine it out to 20mm, hopefully.
The backup option is to get a taper lock pulley with a 20mm bore, but I would have to order it.
